A contractor’s quote will be different, and that’s normal. It depends on things this can’t see: the condition of the house, what’s behind the wall, and what materials cost the week they’re bought. It also carries real costs this leaves out: permits, disposal, site protection, insurance, licensing, and the time it takes to run a job properly.
Use this to plan, and to ask better questions. Expect a real quote to land near it, not on it.
